Explore your yoga journey and deepen your yoga knowledge with this 100 hour yoga training at one of the most beautiful and peaceful yoga destinations in the world. A great opportunity to immerse yourself in the foundational practices of yoga. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome. Whether we see ourselves as beginners or advanced in our practice, we all have something to learn.

This 100-hour yoga training is ideal for those who have limited time, those who want to improve and refresh their practice or those who are not yet sure if they want to become yoga teachers. If you’re interested in deepening your practice while learning more about the path of yoga but you can not commit to 3.5 weeks, then this course is the course for you!

This is an intensive yoga instructor training where you will learn a lot, challenge your self and deepen your asana practice and yoga philosophy knowledge with an emphasis on alignment and anatomy and you explore the yoga lifestyle in depth.

This training held in Levinthos, known for its spirituality, calmness, beautiful beach, tasty Greek cuisine, and slow way of life, is perfect for you to immerse yourself in the practice near the Lybean Sea and nature. The south of Crete is a hidden gem and Levinthos at Lentas has been building a name itself, especially in the international yoga community.

If at any point you would like to upgrade your 100-hour certificate to a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, you can extend your stay (pending availability) or return and complete any of our 200-hour courses at a later date. Please note, a 200-hour yoga training certification is the minimum number of hours required to become an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). In other words this certification is not a qualification to teach yoga. This comes with the next 200 hours of yoga teacher training.
